Week Four - Day Three

I've made a big decision - I'm going on the kimkins diet. I'm desperate for a jump start, and eating sensibly and exercising isn't helping me lose weight. I GAINED a .5 lb overnight - despite eating sensibly and going to the gym. It's got me at my wit's end. So starting Tuesday 2/2, I'm on kimkins. I will be grumpy and mean and tired, but it's something I have to do.

In other news, my e-file was rejected. This does not make me happy.

  1. I hope you are not on the kimkins eating plan that was featured in Women's World mag as the mag has apologized to its readers for it.

Gaining 1/2 a pound after going to the gym for a good workout is a normal thing. The body will store fluids in the muscle tissues as it figures out what the heck you are trying to escape from doing all the new muscle load activities. YOu will shed it as your body adjusts. Check your inches and see if you are shrinking as that is the important thing as you get fit, healthy and smaller this yr burning off your excess body fat in a healthy safe way.

  3. So you'd rather eat insensibly by going on a starvation diet written by an obese female who can't even stick to her own plan all because of a .5 pound (which is totally normal by the way) fluctuation in weight? I suspect that you'll be more than grumpy and mean following that diet. You'll also be malnourished amongst other things.

Please do not do that to your body. You are currently doing the very best thing you can by eating sensibly and exercising. Stick to it and you'll soon reap the rewards in a very healthy way!

  4. What a great choice, and it is your choice!
This plan is a very effective plan if followed correctly. You will get the results that you so desire, and the support on the site is positive and helpful.
    Be prepared to be amazed.
